Professor Davis currently teaches US Navy history within the Navy Community College. He is a Department of Defense professor whose core competencies include subject matter expertise in asymmetrical conflicts, cognitive warfare, Haiti, Afghanistan, counterterrorism, and counterinsurgency. He is a Board Member of the Dupuy Institute, a non-profit military think tank specializing in math methods for predictive and determinative combat analysis.

What we will cover:

  • Ukraine and Russia both seeking to undermine each other’s public perceptions and opinions to influence willingness and capability to wage war;
  • Ongoing attempt to shape Western opinion and influence the strategic situation;
  • Usage of cyber operations, information and disinformation campaigns, social media, and increasing usage of Al.
