{"id":2553,"date":"2025-07-26T21:23:15","date_gmt":"2025-07-26T21:23:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/defensetechforukraine.org\/?p=2553"},"modified":"2025-07-27T00:16:35","modified_gmt":"2025-07-27T00:16:35","slug":"requirements-determination","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/defensetechforukraine.org\/tw\/product-development\/requirements-determination\/","title":{"rendered":"\u9700\u6c42\u78ba\u5b9a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u7576\u4eba\u5011\u7d1b\u7d1b\u53c3\u8207\u5e6b\u52a9\u6211\u5011\u7684\u70cf\u514b\u862d\u5144\u5f1f\u4fdd\u885b\u7956\u570b\u6642\uff0c\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u6709\u7528\u7684\u6280\u8853\u60f3\u6cd5\u53ef\u80fd\u5e36\u4f86\u4f5c\u6230\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u4f46\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u8981\u8a18\u4f4f\u8ecd\u4e8b\u884c\u52d5\u4e2d\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u7368\u7279\u7684\u65b9\u9762\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u8ecd\u4e8b\u884c\u52d5\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u59cb\u7d42\u9700\u8981\u63a2\u7d22\u65b0\u6280\u8853\uff08\u6216\u820a\u6280\u8853\u7684\u65b0\u7528\u9014\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u4f5c\u6230\u512a\u52e2\u3002\u6b63\u5982\u6211\u5011\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u5341\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5168\u9762\u5165\u4fb5\u70cf\u514b\u862d\u5f8c\u7684\u4e09\u5e74\u4e2d\u6240\u898b\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u65b0\u6280\u8853\/\u6539\u9020\u6280\u8853\u4f86\u7372\u53d6\u4f5c\u6230\u512a\u52e2\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u5448\u6307\u6578\u7d1a\u589e\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u70cf\u514b\u862d\u570b\u9632\u6280\u8853\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u9019\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u5c0d\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u7684\u63a2\u7d22\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u7a7a\u4e2d\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u91cd\u9ede\u662f\u7121\u4eba\u6a5f\u548c\u53cd\u7121\u4eba\u6a5f\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u5c0b\u627e\u63a2\u6e2c\u6216\u64ca\u6557\u7121\u4eba\u6a5f\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u589e\u5f37\u70cf\u514b\u862d\u7121\u4eba\u6a5f\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u90fd\u5728\u5c0b\u6c42\u5404\u7a2e\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u6709\u4e9b\u65b9\u6848\u5df2\u88ab\u8b49\u660e\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u800c\u6709\u4e9b\u5247\u88ab\u8b49\u660e\u662f\u6b7b\u8def\u4e00\u689d\uff1b\u4f46\u6240\u6709\u65b9\u6848\u90fd\u767c\u63ee\u4e86\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u8ecd\u4e8b\u80fd\u529b\u767c\u5c55\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u6c11\u65cf\u570b\u5bb6\u90fd\u6709\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u4f86\u78ba\u5b9a\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0b\u6c42\u6eff\u8db3\u9019\u4e9b\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u907a\u61be\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u6b64\u985e\u6d41\u7a0b\u90fd\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u6301\u7e8c\u885d\u7a81\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6642\u9593\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u7522\u751f\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5982\u540c\u4e8c\u6230\u6642\u671f\u5404\u570b\u70ba\u56e0\u61c9\u77ed\u671f\u554f\u984c\u800c\u5c0b\u6c42\u5404\u7a2e\u6f5b\u5728\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5fc5\u9808\u63a1\u7528\u4e00\u500b\u9700\u6c42\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u5c07\u95dc\u9375\u9700\u6c42\u653e\u5728\u9996\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u77ed\u6642\u9593\u5167\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6216\u653e\u68c4\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u8a8d\u70ba DTU \u968a\u53cb\u5728\u5c0b\u6c42\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u6642\u61c9\u8a72\u89e3\u6c7a\u56db\u500b\u7e3d\u9ad4\u8981\u6c42\uff1a\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6642\u9593\u3001\u71df\u904b\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u5927\u91cf\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6642\u9593<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e39\u9ea5\u6280\u8853\u5927\u5b78 (DTU) \u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6700\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u662f\u6642\u9593\u3002\u9019\u4e26\u975e\u4e00\u500b\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u6642\u9593\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6839\u64da\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u96c6\u7684\u4f5c\u6230\u74b0\u5883\u800c\u88fd\u5b9a\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u6642\u9593\u6846\u67b6\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u6b65\u5175\u73ed\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6230\u8853\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u6230\u7565\u5c64\u9762\u5e36\u4f86\u5178\u7bc4\u8f49\u79fb\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff1f\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u8003\u616e\u524d\u7dda\u7de8\u968a\u7684\u7121\u4eba\u6a5f\u63a2\u6e2c\u9700\u6c42\u6642\uff0c\u9019\u986f\u7136\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u8feb\u5207\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u96c6\u90fd\u61c9\u8a72\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u6578\u6708\u751a\u81f3\u5e7e\u9031\u5167\u4ea4\u4ed8\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8003\u616e\u63d0\u4f9b\u9060\u7aef\u91cd\u578b\u8ca8\u7269\u904b\u8f38\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u4e00\u5e74\u6216\u66f4\u9577\u6642\u9593\u6216\u8a31\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8207\u5927\u591a\u6578\u570b\u9632\u73fe\u4ee3\u5316\/\u6536\u8cfc\u6642\u9593\u8868\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u66f4\u9577\u7684\u6642\u9593\u8868\u4e5f\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u5feb\u7684\uff0c\u5982\u4e0b\u5716\u6240\u793a\uff08\u9019\u662f\u300c\u52a0\u901f\u300d\u570b\u9632\u90e8\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u6a21\u578b\uff09\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7279\u5b9a\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u5c08\u6848\u7d93\u7406\u8981\u82b1\u4e00\u4e9b\u6642\u9593\u63d0\u524d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u6642\u9593\u7bc4\u570d\uff1b\u4e26\u4e14\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5f88\u660e\u986f\u9019\u9805\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c1a\u672a\u6e96\u5099\u597d\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u9858\u610f\u7d42\u6b62\u9019\u9805\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u2014\u7121\u8ad6\u5b83\u6709\u591a\u9ebc\u6709\u5e0c\u671b\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u64cd\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f5c\u6230\u74b0\u5883\u662f\u6307\u7cfb\u7d71\u5fc5\u9808\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\u5b83\u65e2\u8003\u616e\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u8ecd\u4e8b\u4f5c\u6230\u74b0\u5883\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u90e8\u968a\u985e\u578b\u3001\u68af\u968a\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f5c\u6230\u689d\u4ee4\u6216\u6230\u8853\u3001\u6280\u8853\u3001\u7a0b\u5e8f 20-30\u00baC
