Perry Boyle is Co-Founder and CEO of MITS Capital LLC, channeling investment into Ukraine’s defense sector, leading its defense tech accelerator, and sponsoring an early-stage fund for dual-use companies. He also chairs MITS Industries, a defense “neo-prime” based in Copenhagen and Kyiv, focused on integrating Ukraine into NATO’s defense architecture. A 35-year veteran of investment banking and asset management, Perry is also a turnaround executive and lecturer, and holds degrees from Stanford, Dartmouth, Fletcher, and King’s College London.
